My second item from Vedette Shapewear came in the form of another one piece swimsuit, this time in rose pink. This sweet little number features thinner straps and a higher cut than the swimsuit I featured in my previous post, but the cleverly knotted detail in the shape of a rose appeared here too, unifying the pleats going on at the lower half of the shaping swimwear; the downwards ruching departing from the norm of skin-tight swimsuits, giving birth to the illusion of an altered form. I found it very interesting. It’s very much the little details that make the piece, so I wholly appreciate these fabric decorations against the backdrop of a solid colour. </analysis>, heh.
With my swimsuit such a sweet colour, I naturally went with a candy pink and white outfit, finding a natural fit with my white tulle skirt. Perhaps the only thing missing from a potentially princess-y outfit was a glittering tiara.-I even got myself a colourful wand by way of Luxola’s lovely packaging of hair ties! I actually thought that it was a lollipop at first. What can I say, I’m a glutton.
