A photoshoot was held at the end of library@orchard’s artist-in-residency programme for Chee Sau Fen of Heads of State Millinery, its hat-making resident from Jun-Aug 2018. I sought to capture the multiple projects under Sau Fen’s wing, as well as the background behind her sustainable millinery series. The intent of the shoot was to provide visual accompaniment to an email interview post-residency.
