We took a train to Fremantle on our second day in Perth. So many interesting sights! Here are some of my favourites:
Train station where we boarded our train to Fremantle.
View en route.
Arrived at the Fremantle Railway Station.
Loved this Star Wars parody. Love Wars FTW.
I made sure not to miss out the sketches on the ground!
Left: ‘Duck Duck Bruce’ was put up on a new store that had yet to open for business.
Right: I just really liked the blue on the outside of The Chart and Map Shop.
Inscribed: ‘Memorial erected by John Taylor of London in memory of his sons Ernest & Peter who died in Western Australia’.
Public benches were built to accomodate a batch of succulents.
We had brunch at Moore & Moore Cafe:
Rescued a yellow ladybird from under Ottie’s thigh.
We explored this concept store called MANY:
The Cubby House Project was so cute and fun!
We got peckish after all that exploring:
I also got myself a Mango & Passionfruit 100% fruit popsicle.
Ottie and I were pretty excited about coming across biltong, but we agreed that they tasted better in South Africa.
Took too many photos in a pretty park:
Kooling pulling Ottie’s ear lol.
My favourite ferris wheel photo of Ottie and Kooling.
I think this was the first time I wore this pair of shimmery mermaid leggings? They were a birthday gift from Everlind! ♥
We ended our day at Fremantle at this cool little place called Little Creatures:
I liked how clean and simple the menu was considering it offered food and booze.
We got a pizza to share. It was delicious.
Happy in our tummies.
Took the train back home tired but satisfied.
We managed to miss the last bus back to Kooling’s home, but the walk back offered such a beautiful view. I wouldn’t have traded it for anything:
Especially since I found this ‘Hail Bus‘ gem and outdid myself by making this joke.
Fremantle was pretty cool.
