Editing these photos was a nightmare. My camera generally performs decently in low-lighting, but there’s only so much you can do when the entire image is awash in orange street lights. Fortunately, shooting in RAW managed to salvage some of it, but unless I’m going for a limited colour range, I’ll have to try to avoid dilly-dallying at home before taking an outfit photo next time.
I wore this Sammydress floral top once more, but instead of the more androgynous look I went the last time, I paired it with my old flare skirt for a girly style. This skirt has been with me since 2009! Its texture is just too unique to let go off despite numerous wardrobe purges over the past seven years. To think that I’ve been twirling around in it for so long…
… Then again, I’ve always had a bit of an attachment issue. Moving so many times over the past five years has been crucial in weaning myself off hoarding; but as always, life changes are always a work-in-progress.
