The entire reason why I dragged Ottie all the way to Australia had finally arrived. It was Beads & Blossoms‘s first market at Etsy Made Local Perth, and I was happy to visit a friend in her new home and share this experience with her.
We arrived at the market site, held at the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia, but quickly realised that without a trolley we weren’t able to transport all her pieces in one go. In the end, we had the kindness and generosity of strangers to thank for their help in carrying stuff as well as for loaning us a trolley. ♥
Beads & Blossoms all set up and ready for the next six hours!

Unfortunately, Beads & Blossoms just so happened to be smack in between two umbrellas on a very sunny day…
Anyway, some of my favourite stores:
We also got ourselves some gelato at Chicho Gelato, which also had a stall at the market:
We also visited the Western Australia State Library to rest our weary legs and to simply bask in the atmosphere of an old-school library:
We also chanced upon this colourful playground – conceptualised by Play Planet, and got to snapping some photos of my fun outfit:
This was the first time I wore my H&M Coachella-inspired crochet dress. I bought it a while ago on sale for $15, which is a hell of a steal considering all the work put into it. It’s really porous, but I think that a pair of black boyshorts and bra underneath did a pretty good job for coverage.
Presenting my new fox bag from Everlind. ♥
Dinner was had at Francoforte Spaghetti Bar, which served the most delightful pasta. We were thoroughly satisfied and need to go back there again the next time we visit:
