Descent to Green
I’ve mentioned before how I don’t hold a particular colour as a favourite, but I was recently asked this question again and realised that hard-pressed to find one, it’d have to be the dark combination of blue and green, the former being my favourite when I was younger, the latter when I was in my teens.
I’m not sure just when, or how, I started my obsession with the colour green. Or even when I started accumulating so many pieces in my wardrobe- the fact highlighted to me by a colleague who guessed that it was my favourite colour by how often it showed up in my outfits. I guess I’ve always been a little biased. My previous post even featured spots of green against all that white. :p
I bought this cream-to-green gradient chiffon blouse from Romwe, my second purchase from the online shop even though my previous experience disappointed me with the deficient clothing that arrived (a clasp that was sewn wrong side up on my swimsuit, a fixture that came off on my dress, loose threads everywhere). But when I saw this shirt, I knew that I had to get it; the odd colour combination was too inspiring not to. Luckily, my package this time came with nothing more than a few loose strings that was easily snipped away. Still.
